3. Orders & Payments

• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

• We do not store or have access to your complete payment card details.

• Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. Please check your cart before confirming.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within the timeline mentioned during checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Sioral, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping.

Return/Exchange Eligibility:

• Accepted only if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • There was an error in your order

Conditions:

• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info.sioral.in, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp at +91 7904485525.

• A clear, unedited unboxing video is required as proof.

• Approved returns must be sent back in original condition within 48 hours.

• For exchanges, customers bear the additional delivery charges.

Not Eligible:

• Lost or unclaimed orders

• Used, damaged, or poorly packed items

• Size-related issues (please check size guides before ordering)

• Incorrect address or failed deliveries (extra charges may apply)

• Minor differences in colour/design/finish
