Return/Exchange Eligibility:
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

Note: For exchanges, customers are responsible for any additional delivery charges.
To Request a Return/Exchange:

Provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the issue

If approved, return the item in original condition within 48 hours

In case of any Refunds approved by the Sioral Jewellery, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

Lost or unclaimed orders

Used, damaged, or poorly packed items

Size-related issues (please check size guides before ordering)
